I guess there's no depth that some people won't sink to in order to make a buck. Ticket scalpers have scooped up nearly all the tickets to the upcoming "Hannah Montana" concert tour and are charging up to $2,000 for them. For those who don't know, this is a tour aimed at kids. Yeah, and why not steal their Christmas presents, while you're at it?
